Born in Hong Kong and raised in New York, Herman has been working in the field of interactive web design and development professionally for the past 8 years. Over the years, he has developed a wide range of skills to facilitate his work. He is currently an interactive development manager with WorldNow, designing functionality and interaction for custom web applications, develop and prototype front-end styles, emphasizing on cross-browser compatibilities, web standards and maintaining best practices. He spent majority of his time with (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and XML.

Herman received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Animation and Interactive Media from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
